Part of our mission is to reduce pet overpopulation by providing discounted spay and neuter services to the Central Arkansas community.  CARE thanks A.A.R.F., Arkansas Animal Rescue Foundation, and Charles M. and Joan R. Taylor Foundation, Inc., for the resources to assist in this vital mission.

If we have hit our monthly limit for vouchers and you are still needing a Voucher to get your pet spayed or neutered, please go to this link, Arkansas Animal Rescue Foundation, to find a Spay/Neuter voucher partner in your area. Unfortunately, we can not keep up with demand. Every month, we distribute the maximum number of vouchers based on available funds. If you are passionate about lowering the animal population, please consider donating donating to this today. It is a wonderful way to honor a loved one or pet.

Please note that our vouchers are only valid for use by individuals. Our voucher system is not to be utilized by breeders, shelters, nor rescue organizations.
