Ethel 'Cupcake' was a Senior Basset Hound full of personality. At about age 14, Cupcake found her forever home through a Senior Adoption at CARE.

The best thing about rescuing a senior pet is watching them grow into a life. With newfound confidence, love, and trust, Cupcake blossomed! In the three short months she was with her adoptive family, she was the star of the Fourth of July Parade, she strutted down she street sporting the best of dresses and she captured the hearts of everyone who met her. Her final days were filled with pure joy - and she left an indelible mark on all of our hearts.

Cupcake NEVER MET A STRANGER, so her family decided to honor her with her own Crew of Senior Friends that will continue to live on through the work of CARE. Her fund - the "Cupcake Crew" will benefit Senior Pet adoption fees & care.
