Brook, 18-107's Bio

Spunky, Sassy, Quirky, Smart--- the list just goes on with this one! Brook is super cute and has personality for days! Due to her age and breed, Brook has a lot of energy but also likes to cuddle for pets. She is extremely smart and already knows her basic commands and we can’t wait to see what else she picks up while in PIP. Brook is probably housebroken, her kennel at the shelter was as clean as she could keep it. She is great with other dogs, and didn’t seem to care about the kitties at the shelter. Brook would enjoy a family that would include her in many activities.

Brook is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $250.

Brook is in the Paws in Prison program where she receives obedience training. She is expected to graduate from Paws in Prison on 10/26/18.  The dogs in this program are trained under the AKC Canine Good Citizen standards and are specifically selected to be family and companion dogs. They spend 24 hours a day with their trainers. For that reason, they will do best in homes where they are primarily inside dogs and spend lots of time with their families. The adoptive family will receive Brook’s training journal. This journal documents her arrival from the shelter, her daily training progress, and her interactions with her trainers. If you are interested in meeting Brook or learning more about the adoption process, please visit our website and submit our online adoption application here: http://www.careforanimals.org/adoption-app.cfm
