Shelly, 18-073's Bio

Shelly is the funniest girl. She will beg for treats and loves to stick her tongue out at people. While she is an old gal, like fine wine, she’s aged well. She’s very spry and playful. She’s great with other dogs. She’s very food motivated, as you can tell. She thinks can’t stink and doesn’t care for them. Shelly is vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $250.Shelly is in the Paws in Prison program where she receives obedience training. She is expected to graduate from Paws in Prison on 7/13/18.  The dogs in this program are trained under the AKC Canine Good Citizen standards and are specifically selected to be family and companion dogs. They spend 24 hours a day with their trainers. For that reason, they will do best in homes where they are primarily inside dogs and spend lots of time with their families. The adoptive family will receive Shelly’s training journal. This journal documents her arrival from the shelter, her daily training progress, and her interactions with her trainers. If you are interested in meeting Shelly or learning more about the adoption process, please visit our website and submit our online adoption application here:
