Homer's Bio

Homer needs a home. He has been beaten up pretty bad 3-4 times in the last 6 weeks or so. I thought that he belonged to the people 2 doors down. But, when I went to tell them he was torn up bad, they said they just feed him, but he does have a name – Homer. So, I started feeding him too. Another neighbor told me that she thought someone had dropped off another tom and that he was challenging Homer. Well I can't stand seeing him bloodied up repeatedly so I caught him in a animal carrier and took him up to my vet. His test for hiv and fiv was negative, so he could go to a home with other cats. He had his wounds tended, and he got neutered. I can't keep him. I have 4 cats and a dog who don't like him. I have him locked up in my carport room and he is greatly disrupting the flow of the household. Please let me know if you can help Homer, or if you know someone... He doesn't deserve all this, he's a good boy. He is very affectionate, technically I would say that he is abandoned not feral. Thanks, Laurel
