Joe is an adorable Shepherd-mix puppy who was rescued from the Cabot animal shelter. He is 9 months old and weighs 47 pounds. Joe is a friendly, happy dog. He is in the Paws in Prison program, where he has successfully completed the 'Canine Good Citizen' family manners training and is now available for adoption.
