Bella Vita, 10-080
Animal Type: DogPet's Story / Bio
BELLA VITA is a true "happy endings" story. She was rescued from a central Arkansas small-town shelter in July, 2010, on the day that she was slated for euthanasia. Bella Vita had arrived at the shelter, as a sweet pup who had received very little human attention during her short life. In foster care, Bella Vita met her future owner -- together they worked through the pup's separation anxiety and heartworm treatment. Bella Vita learned to enjoy the pleasures of life inside the house with her family -- she napped on the couch, sun-bathed in the backyard, played with her doggie chums, Max & Tora, and slept on her own big pillow in the bedroom. Bella Vita's first holiday season was great fun -- she ran free during visits to the family farm; she even met Santa Claus at CARE's Pet Photos with Santa (what a nice guy!). Spring, 2011, Bella Vita was adopted by her foster and the rest is history. Bella Vita has a great home and a loving owner who takes her for walks, car rides, and adventures! Bella Vita is a happy and very lucky pup. It is a beautiful life! [09-06-11]
