Joey III, 10-167 (now ADI)

Animal Type: Dog

Pet's Story / Bio

When he came to CARE from Benton Animal Control in December, 2010, this pup was about one year old, weighed 12 pounds, and looked so worried! We called him "Joey." Happily, he was adopted almost immediately by his wonderful owner, who sends us photos and this update: "Just a few photos of Joey - I've named him Adi, which is a pretty common Israeli name (I lived there for awhile) and it means a little gem. It also means 'first' in Sanskrit. So since he is a) such a jewel, and b) my first dog, it just seemed fitting. I hope the pictures tell a story of a happy, healthy, well-socialized, adventuresome, and deeply loved pet. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! Be well." To which everyone at CARE replies: "Thank YOU and hurray!!!!!!" [03-12-12]
