Shine II, 12-047's Bio

SHINE is a friendly and inquisitive Beagle mix. He was rescued by Little Rock Animal Services, which found him malnourished and near death -- but Shine recovered beautifully and is feeling great now!  He is in the Paws in Prison program, where he has successfully completed the 'Canine Good Citizen' family manners training and is available for adoption. Shine will do best in a home with at least one other dog  he can play with outdoors, which is where he is most comfortable. Shine's adoption fee is $250. He is approximately 2 years old, 22 pounds, and is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. [Hawkins Center for Women, updated 07-30-12]
