What a great event!
The First Annual Paws on the Runway was a resounding success! The Canine Style Show is unlike anything you have seen. CARE was fortunate
to have many wonderful items in the event's silent auction as well.

All proceeds from this event will directly benefit CARE for Animals, Inc., a non-profit animal rescue and spay/neuter organization whose purpose is to rescue dogs and cats facing euthanasia from local animal control facilities, and to decrease the number of these homeless and abandoned animals through aggressive spay/neuter programs. Since its inception in 1998, CARE has rescued more than 1,852 dogs and cats, and provided 2,600 FREE sterilizations for pets from limited income families.

Our Mission:
To conduct animal rescue by providing medical care and placing animals facing impending euthanasia into foster and permanent homes, to increase awareness for the need to spay/neuter all pets, establish a mobile spay/neuter clinic, and to work with and advise animal shelters in central Arkansas on animal welfare issues.
