Thank you for considering fostering a pet for CARE.  You will save a pet's life and have the joy of knowing that thanks to you, an animal facing euthanasia will have found a new home and have been given a second chance at life.  CARE does not expect you to furnish any medical services to a CARE Pet provided CARE has previously approved the expense.  We'll even provide the heartgard and frontline.  If necessary, we'll provide the food, too!  We do ask that you help us evaluate the foster pet's personality and habits.  There may be some adjustment time before your pet and the foster animal settle in to their new routine but we will provide any assistance we can to help you adjust to your new temporary resident.  We ask our foster homes to try and let the pet have some inside time so we can determine if he or she is housebroken and suffers from separation anxiety.

Before filling out the application please review the Foster Family Agreement.
