CARE provides free sterilizations for pets from limited income families.

Call 501-603-2273 for information or to volunteer at a clinic.

We charge a $100.00 adoption fee for our pets.  The average medical cost we incur to spay/neuter, provide shots and medical care to our pets is $150.00.  Your kind gift helps rescue another animal.  Once you submit the form below, one of our caseworkers will call you to go over the application and arrange for you to meet the pet.  You can also use this form if you are interested in fostering for us.  Simply put "foster" in the "Name of the Pet" line.  Thanks for considering adopting through CARE.

You can either fill out an on-line application OR print an application.  Before filling out the application you might want to review our contract
