Event proceeds directly benefit Central Arkansas Rescue Effort (CARE) for Animals, Inc., an Arkansas non-profit corporation/501(c)(3) charitable organization. Since it was founded in September 1998, CARE has rescued more than 3,000 dogs and cats, and provided over 10,000 free or low-cost sterilizations for pets from limited income families.

Our Mission

To conduct animal rescue by providing medical care and placing animals facing impending euthanasia into foster and permanent homes, to increase awareness for the need to spay/neuter all pets, establish a mobile spay/neuter clinic, and to work with and advise animal shelters in central Arkansas on animal welfare issues.
